This bottle definitely catches the eye! A mysterious flavor bomb, both in appearance, but also in taste! A perfect mix of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre brought together by the Vellas family in the Langeudoc. This winery has locations in the Mediterranean region of France where both ideal balance and intensity can be achieved. In French wine terms, ripasse means to squeeze or squeeze, after which the peel is left.
