Cuatro Rayas 40 Vendimias Verdejo

The grapes for this wine come from 40 year old vines and were left to rest for 5 months "sur lie". The result is a wine with a pale lemon yellow color with a green tint, an intense (typical) Verdejo aroma with fennel, tropical fruit and natural sources. A wine with a lot of body, structure and balance. An excellent companion for rice, pasta, fish and chicken.
