Product description
A bright pale yellow-gold color with an aroma of ripe stone fruit (apricot) and a subtle touch of nutmeg and smoked wood from 5 months of barrel aging. A soft texture followed by a cool freshness on the palate. Complex, attractive and round with a lingering finish, full of pleasant flavors of lemon peel. A good match with risotto, grilled fish, white meat with sauce and goat or sheep cheese.
